Martin Treston was admitted to the partnership on the 1st of January 2005. Born and raised in the Innisfail district, he obtained his Law degree at the University of Queensland and was admitted as a solicitor on 3 February 1997.  Martin recently achieved the milestone of 25 years as an admitted solicitor in Queensland. 

Martin is the commercial partner of the firm.  His areas of practice include conveyancing, commercial transactions, commercial disputes, wills and estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.  Martin has a special interest in estate planning and business succession for rural and farming businesses and families in North Queensland. 

Martin brings a common-sense approach to dealing with complex commercial issues backed by years of experience and a strong theoretical background. 

Martin’s daughter Hannah Treston is now a Law Graduate with the firm.
